Well, this morning firefighters battling a dangerous wildfire east of los angeles are making progress. The fire destroyed five homes and forced nearly 4,000 people to evacuate. Red flag warnings will remain in effect until later today, but for now the santa ana winds that pushed the flames early yesterday has subsided. The fire is 30 contained this morning. Its one of several burning in the state which is suffering through a severe drought. Teri okita is at the Fire Command Center in irwindale early this morning. Good morning, teri.
