Since Oct. 13, 2021, the state reported an additional 16,683 COVID-19 cases, totaling 765,761 for the entire pandemic, a decrease of 3,205 new cases statewide over the previous week. Also, 135 new deaths were reported by the state in the last seven days, a 22% increase, totaling 8,489 for the entire pandemic. Currently, Becker County reported 205 active cases, an increase of 7 active cases since Oct. 13. Statewide COVID-19 data is not being released on Saturdays and Sundays.

Also, 103 new deaths were reported by the state in the last seven days, totaling 8,243 for the entire pandemic. Currently, Becker County reported 286 active cases, a decrease of 21 active cases since Sept. 29. Clay, Hubbard, Wadena, Norman and Mahnomen Counties reported their highest weekly new COVID-19 case totals since December. Statewide COVID-19 data is not being released on Saturdays and Sundays.
