Details. You spoke to the victims cousin . Reporter thats right. You know, this victim was shot several times back in june. Today the police chief invited the media to announce they had made an arrest in the case when the victims cousin showed up. She says not only did she know the suspect, but her cousin did, as well. How does it feel that somebody who knew your cousin could have done this . Thats what hurts the most. Thats thats the one thing that hurt the most. Reporter she stood just a few feet away as the East Palo Alto police chief announced they had arrested the man they believe killed her cousin. The homicide appears to be related to an ongoing dispute between the victim, christopher puckett, and the suspect, lionel mccoy. Reporter while the police chief isnt releasing many details, including the suspects mugshot, he didnt hesitate to describe the 23 yearold suspect. There was an atm on that post. It was bolted in. Two thieves got away with it after pulling it off of the post with the help of the van they were driving. This happened at about 3 30 a. M. A neighbor watched it all go down. Backed up, drove off the curve, did a uturn and came around and front ended the machine a couple of times. Knocked it over on its side. Finite its a way to make sure there are Market Forces at play to entice the broadcasters to actually show up and take a good look at this, and the fcc deserves a lot of decreed, and congress as well, setting a structure where the only options are not continue being a broadcast or turn off your station. They finished a test showing that spectrum sharing works for broadcasters and theres a pathaway forward for a broadcaster to stay on the air, serve the same customers and receive a portion of the option revenue without changing their been plan. I just think that this is a great opportunity for the broadcasters to rethink their business models. Everything else is evolving and this is a Good Opportunity for the Wireless Community and for the broadcasters, and look forward to seeing it play out. Theres this huge benefits for consumers.
