Ambridge director shoots Hallmark films; time for a new county event

Shooting under the working title Ice Hotel Holiday 2 a name likely to be streamlined the sequel takes place at an ice hotel, one of those wintry lodgings way up north built from sculpted blocks of ice. So any mid-January thaws would pose a challenge for Grabiak, who directed the original Winter Castle, where the plot followed Jenny (Emilie Ullerup) attending her sister s wedding at an ice hotel, not expecting to have her heart melted by the best man Craig (Kevin McGarry). I didn t see the film, but how much do you want to bet Jenny and Craig meet after literally bumping into each other on the street?

Vanilla Fudge’s Tim Bogert, RIP Vanilla Fudge (and also in post-Vanilla Fudge groups Cactus and Beck, Bogert & Appice), passed away on Wednesday (1/13) after a battle with cancer. Vanilla Fudge posted a statement, which reads: Tim Bogert 1944- 2021 Los Angeles :Acclaimed bassist and rock musician Tim Bogert died on Wednesday, January 13th., after a long and valiant battle with cancer. He was 76 years old. A founding member of three successful bands, Bogert is best known for his innovative bass playing and vocals in Vanilla Fudge, Cactus and the supergroup: Beck Bogert & Appice, which also included Jeff Beck and Carmine Appice. An award winning musician, Bogert was widely regarded as one of the most influential bass players on the contemporary music scene.

R.I.P. Bass Player Tim Bogert at 76 One-time Vanilla Fudge and Jeff Beck Group bass player Tim Bogert has passed away at the age of 76. Tim was an original member of Vanilla Fudge, performing their acid rock cover of the Motown hit ‘You Keep Me Hangin’ On’. In 1972, Tim Bogert and Vanilla Fudge drummer Carmine Appice formed Beck, Bogert & Appice with Jeff Beck. Together they recorded just one studio album, ‘Beck, Bogert & Appice’, released in 1973. Bogert also played with Bo Diddley for his ‘20th Anniversary of Rock ‘n’ Roll’ album on 1975. Tim was a member of Bobby & The Midnites, the side-project of Bob Weir of the Grateful Dead. In 1999 he was honored on the Hollywood Rock Walk of Fame.
