we are here at this first location and we are going to start with the 25th president. do you know who he is, by any chance? mckinley. you can think of mt. mckinley the tallest peak in the united states. that s an easy thing to picture a huge mountain in alaska. right. on this door i want you to picture this. maybe we open up the doors and there is this beautiful vista of the tallest peak in north america, mt. mckinley, we get a blast of cold air. add color to it. it gets you chilled. snow flies in. you can just imagine being enveloped by the snow and the cold. so we move on to the next location. that s going to be teddy roosevelt. when i think of teddy roosevelt, i think of a teddy bear. that s pretty easy. what we ll picture is a big cuddly teddy bear sitting on this rustic historic table.
welcome back to the lead. a beautiful vista here in washington, d.c. a cnn exclusive now international lead, trump takes the oath of office friday. the full force of the u.s. domestic security apparatus will be around him ready for any possible threats, including any possible terrorism. let s bring in cnn justice correspondent pamela brown. pamela, you had an exclusive interview with the head of the u.s. secret service. are they ready for friday? well, the secret service director says his agency is prepared and has been doing actual training with law enforcement partners for various scenarios that could happen along the parade route. he says what makes this year s inauguration unique from years past is the expanded perimeter and evolving security threats like drones. it s a monumental event that washington, d.c. and the
dnc, did you take basic measures to protect the data that was on there? no one wrote those e-mails. no one put a private server on there. no one seems to have done the due diligence at the dnc to protect their own systems. i don t think there s any question they did a horrible job but have you ever asked that question of anyone at the dnc? where s the responsibility of them to protect their systems? the outcome is not acceptable. i agree with that. nobody is by any way suggesting that s acceptable behavior. but i don t believe once i ve ever seen an interview where anyone at the dnc was asked the question whether they take any responsibility for what is clearly a lax effort to protect their own networks. when they come out from under their desks, i ll be sure to ask them. i have not interviewed anybody from the dnc since the election. sean, one last question before i let you go and enjoy the beautiful vista behind you, it has been more than 150 days i think actually it was ju
