At least 4 vehicles fall through ice in N.W.T. s Beaufort Delta region in November
The N.W.T. Department of Environment and Natural Resources said it s aware of at least four instances of vehicles falling through the ice and is urging drivers not to take chances on winter roads that haven t officially opened yet.
