1411 Dickerson Pike, the development will comprise a total of 260 apartments and some commercial space in a structure fronting Dickerson.
Nashville-based commercial real estate investment firm Wedgewood Avenue will serve as the developer. The company, led by Beau Fowler, has the five parcels on which the project is targeted under contract with two separate entities.
The Metro Planning Commission recently approved a specific plan rezoning for the site. The Metro Council will vote on second reading on the rezoning on May 4. According to a document submitted to Metro, Fulmer Engineering and Smith Gee Studio (architecture) are working with Fowler.
