So we had these parameters set ahead of time, both the nasa and spacex teams knew what the parameter was. The limitations were exceeded and that put us in a position to delay the launch. I think this is certain, though, we will launch american astronauts on american rockets, from american soil and we will do it with the absolute priority being the safety of our astronauts.
