The Health and Aquatic Club at Bayside, a Carl M. Freeman community, has been ranked in the Top 20 Fitness and Wellness Centers in the nation by Club + Resort Business.
The facilities feature a heated 75-foot, five-lane indoor pool, hot tub, saunas located in the locker rooms, multipurpose space, aerobics room, expansive fitness area with state-of-the-art equipment for strength training and cardio, and Juicebox, a fresh, unique juice bar and cafe. The amenity has been recognized with multiple awards in Delaware, Maryland and the mid-Atlantic region.

Carl M. Freeman Companies recently announced its plan to partner with Beacon Hospitality to build a luxury boutique inn and spa at its Bayside community.
