officer that was injured during the chase which was a different part of town, and then the person who i photographed that was on the gurney with the i.v., that appears to be the person who died. there s an emergency response vehicle but they have calmed things down. at first it was we opened the office door because we didn t know what had gone on. obviously it was gunshots and we were told, get back in, this is not safe. this is not over yet. and at then it in time it looks like things are not normal and that whole part of constitution shut down, most of second street looks like as farve as i can see is shut down. we re right at the corner the vehicle is still there and every window is blown out. neil: obvious to you you re confident to say the driver, the woman in this case, would not have died by a crash. no. this was a car where the
