Rules go into effect, aimed at stopping the effect of covid. The stay at home order is not as restrictive as the one in march. But it applies to all counties in the purple tier. That means all bay area counties except for three. That could change if the counties slide from red to purple. I think 10 00 is a reasonable time. I think the restaurants are only open for Outdoor Dining anyways and its colder now so i think no one wants to sit outside after 10 00 anyway, so i think its a reasonable time. And its not going to be forever so i think we can do it.
