This week representatives from the California Office of emergency services, fema, and the Small Business administration are touring the three san jose neighborhoods hardest hit by the flooding. The tour is part of san joses effort to help people like wynn recover. San jose is asking for funds to cover the estimated 18 million in damage to its public property.
