Walmart Going Bagless? What Will I Use For Waste Basket Liners?

When you think about just the volume of bags that Walmart puts out every year, it s staggering! Would you believe upwards of 20 billion bags? And the bad/sad part is according to their website, only about 10% of those 20 billion bags are recycled.
I know when I m in California and go to a Target store, I have to pay 20 cents per bag. That really isn t a deal breaker for me because I understand the reasoning behind the charge.
The no bag thing has certainly worked for Costco. Just haul your items out in a cart and throw them in your car.
