Gainesville, MO. - A man has become seriously injured after an accident that occurred just after 8am on Sunday, October 23rd. Carl Frost, 51 of Springfield, MO, was driving a 2009 BMW K1300GT Southbound on Highway 5. Roughly 2 miles South of Gainesville, MO, Frost crashed when he struck a deer. The collision caused an overturn of his motorcycle and he was ejected. He was wearing his safety device. Frost was transported by Baxter Regional Ambulance to Baxter Regional Hospital for his serious injuries. This accident was investigated by Sergeant A.R.
