Prepare to embark on a unique sensory journey at 5 p.m. Monday at the Baxter County Library s "Dessert in the Dark." The event is a true feast for the senses, where participants will explore senses of taste and smell by limiting the sense of sight. Participants will be blindfolded in a darkened room while indulging in delicious desserts provided by local favorites, including Bookworms Café, Petite Patisserie and Rapp s Barren Brewing Co. It s an opportunity to challenge your palate and enjoy culinary delights in a whole new way. Tickets are $10 each and are available at the Circulation Desk until supplies last.
