Pharmacies are said to have illegally resold Corona drug. The Federal Ministry of Health provides pharmacies with the drug Paxlovid free of charge against severe Corona preliminaries. The accused are said not to have adhered to this requirement. They are suspected of embezzlement, and violations of the Medicines Act are also possible. The drug Pax Lovid is intended to protect patients from a severe course of the disease in the event of an acute corona infection. It was also distributed directly to doctors by the end of 2023.
