Son: Missing diver Kenneth Bigbee was passionate about the ocean

The son of a 55-year-old diver who went missing over the weekend said his dad loved the water and enjoyed photographing sea creatures.
As rescuers prepared to wrap up the active water search for 55-year-old Kenneth Bigbee Monday, Bigbee s son, Kasey Bigbee, 28, said he has been talking to the Coast Guard and Guam Fire Department Battalion Chief Dean Aguon.
Kenneth Bigbee was a huge scuba diver. He loved sharing his passion with other people and instructing and teaching the younger generation is the simplest way to put it, said Kasey Bigbee, who lives in New Mexico. He even certified me and my sister in open water diving.
Eight new COVID-19 cases out of 581 tests; Guam total is 7,923

Eight new cases of COVID-19 were identified out of 581 tests performed by the Department of Public Health and Social Services on Sunday and tests run by other labs between Friday and Sunday, according to the Joint Information Center.
Four cases reported recent travel history and were identified in quarantine, and three cases were identified through contact tracing.
To date, there have been a total of 7,923 officially reported cases of COVID-19 with 136 deaths, 65 cases in active isolation, and 7,722 not in active isolation. The COVID Area Risk Score is 0.7.
