Civil Society fights flawed constitutional amendment

A group of at least 44 civil society organisations (CSOs) have come up together under the umbrella of the Botswana Council of Non-Governmental Organisations (BOCONGO) and are ready to approach the court if President Mokgweetsi Masisi does not listen to their plea for withdrawal of the Constitution (Amendment) Bill, 2024.
