THE case against two Mpumalanga sisters and two other suspects has been postponed to 24 March for further investigations.
Sisters Nonhlanhla (30) and Bathobile Mthunywa (39), as well as Ntombizodwa Ndwandwa (41) and another suspect (39) appeared in the Barberton Magistrates Court on Wednesday, 20 January.
They faced charges of kidnapping, rape and the murder of the sisters’ mum, Wanter Dlamini.
One sister allegedly invited Wanter to her place in January last year. Then she allegedly organised for Ntombizodwa, Moses Mosemba (39) and another suspect to kill her with the aim of claiming an insurance policy worth R80 000.
