Khanoria joins Oppo from Apple where he was Marcom Lead
Oppo has appointed Damyant Singh Khanoria as its Chief Marketing Officer for its India operations.
He joins the smart device brand from Apple where he was Marcom Lead for three and a half years. Prior to joining Apple, Khanoria spent 12 years at adidas. He began his career in advertising and had stints with Capital Advertising, Hakuhodo Percept, Bates India and Mudra Communications before switching to the brand side.

In his new role, Khanoria will be spearheading the marketing operations and will be reporting to Elvis Zhou, President, Oppo India.

NEW DELHI: China-based global smart device brand Oppo has announced the appointment of Damyant Singh Khanoria as its new CMO for India operations. In his new role, Khanoria will be spearheading the marketing operations and will be reporting to Oppo India president Elvis Zhou.
Khanoria comes to Oppo from Apple India where he was the marketing communication lead. He is an industry veteran with over 20 years of experience and has worked across marketing portfolios. His experience in building and optimising go-to-market strategy for technology brands will be instrumental for the brand.
