FOLLY BEACH, S.C. (WCSC) - As rising coronavirus cases cause changes to some of the Lowcountryâs biggest new yearâs celebrations, business owners are bracing for a quieter night.
But this year, the City of Folly beach is taking their annual Flip Flop Drop virtual because of the pandemic.
âWeâre asking people not to come down and watch the streaming, stay home, stay safe,â Mayor Tim Goodwin said.
