BATAVIA — City police are seeking assistance from the public in gathering digital evidence from the incident that occurred Sunday at Batavia Downs Gaming & Hotel resulting in the death
"During the altercation, Sergeant Thomas A. Sanfratello attempted to use a Taser on the patron, however, the patron continued to be combative," the Batavia Police Department said in a release.
We are trying to understand and learn what happened inside Batavia Downs Gaming that lead to the arrest of a man and woman and what happened that caused the death of the Sgt. who was trying to arrest the woman.
