Data from the Commission on Elections (Comelec) showed that there are a total of 490,639 registered voters in Palawan.
They will cast their votes in a total of 2,959 clustered precincts, with each having a maximum of 200 voters, and manned by a total of 3,446 plebiscite committees.
The poll body also established a total of 487 voting centers in 23 municipalities and cities of Palawan.
Voting be held from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Health protocols will be strictly implemented in polling precincts with only five voters allowed to cast their votes simultaneously.
Unlike in the May 2019 polls which was automated, the plebiscite elections will be done manually.
