CAMP GEN. VICENTE LIM, Calamba City, Laguna – The Batangas City police arrested a drug trader who had been included in their list of high value targets on Tuesday morning, July 19, in his hideout in Barangay Cuta in this city.
The suspect was identified as Patrocinio Barredo Jr., 51, a resident of
