Many Alberta non-profits are struggling to deal with increased demand and complexities while employing a reduced workforce because of COVID-19, shows a recently released survey.
A report issued by Alberta Non-profit Network (ABNN) found that while the sector is dealing with a heavier workload, the No. 1 concern among the industry is the mental health of employees.
