Hurricane. It continues to move toward the north northeast at 8 miles an hour and at this speed it will be off well off the jersey coast by tomorrow afternoon and make this loop could restrengthen if it gets into some warmer water but this hurricane is already churning up the surf in the ocean to the west. Well keep a careful eye on that. Even into the weekend. Winds gusting to 25 even 30 miles an hour down the shore. Still seeing 27 miles an hour gusts tomorrow morning. And then the winds diminish out of the northwest as the storm pulls away during the day tomorrow. But still a breezy day. As we look at the coastal Flood Warning this is until 1am tomorrow morning. For high tide. We do expect at least moderate flooding of streets and along the coast. The waves will be breaking eight to 10 feet over the next several hours.
