In his second year as the football coach at Rolesville, Martin Samek has the Rams in the 4AA state championship game. As a relatively new school, Samek said the run has helped the community and school connect.

Hello everyone, welcome back to high school dot com. I m Joel Bryant here with coach martin Salmon from Roosevelt. High School Roosevelt there in the 44 double a state championship against Vance on saturday. First time in school history, um, coach to you, you re still pretty new to roles. Well, this is your second year um, to be able to get the program to the state championship this quickly. Uh, just what kind of feeling is that? Well, it s a great feeling in that. I think, I think it s a good thing for the community because whenever you build a new school, which Roosevelt is relatively new s
