This was the scene thursday morning outside the home of fredrick leavitt, the Financial Management director of the bureau of reclamation. He also holds titles as the accountant for the department besides the one here. We spoke with people inside those homes. One person we talked to around the corner from this home said they are renters, a person at the of the home said leavitt no longer owns the property. And while we connected at least one person rick leavitt to all three locations. Its not clear how many people were seized documents our Team Connection with todays raids. Then set fire to a home with the victims family inside the same house is now the scene of another fire investigation. Fox5s Abby Theodros joins us live with why neighbors say this is no coincidence. Activist that lives in San Francisco i have an address i have multiple disabilities on november around 2 amy was awe woinld from my sleepy heard screaming of a woman it was intense like someone was being killed i jumped out of bed and ran across the street i found a small body person with a bag over her head being held down by 5 cops i start filming she screamed and competed the officers to get their hands off the heads the Police Officers shown flashlights into my eyes i told him i live here and heard screaming and feared for that persons safety so im filming why did the Police Officers shine the light in my camera and uses it was scary i if people are not doing anything wrong they should welcome being filmed and its our right to film them the police came to take the woman away not only were she in handcuffs but her outlines were bound im so glad she was not killed like Macarthur Park u matthew who was shot and killed by San Francisco police i have a Mental Health disability im scared
