Jury: Woman ‘not guilty’ of selling drugs that killed man
An Aliquippa woman faced several charges, including drug delivery resulting in death, after police accused her of selling the heroin and fentanyl that killed a man.
BEAVER Melinda Crisci will not be held legally liable for the overdose death of Stephen Naim following a Thursday jury acquittal.
The 31-year-old Aliquippa woman faced several charges, including felony drug delivery resulting in death, after police accused her of selling Naim a lethal mixture of heroin and fentanyl.
At the end of an emotional three-day trial, jurors found Crisci not guilty of drug delivery resulting in death, and cleared her of one count each of possession with intent to deliver and criminal use of a communication facility.
