This morning, we are here because unions continue to hold the line at the lake merritt bart station on day four of the bart strike, two daze after a bart employee was struck and killed by a train on the tracks between walnut creek and concord. Investigators with the ntsb took over the accident scene on sunday and spent much of the day inspecting the train and conferring with local and state counterparts. This week, the inspector and his team said all will be tested for drugs and alcohol.
