Less than two weeks after being sentenced to 30 months in prison for raping a woman, disgraced Calgary anesthesiologist Barry Wollach is getting his freedom back.
Justice Barb Veldhuis on Thursday agreed with high-profile Toronto lawyer Brian Greenspan that Wollach should be granted bail pending appeal.
