【大纪元2021年07月16日讯】（大纪元记者王兰多伦多报导）周四（7月15日）下午，巴里市一个社区遭受龙卷风袭击，树木被连根拔起，房屋被摧毁，汽车被掀翻，至少有 8 人受伤，其中 4 人伤势严重。
据CP24报导，周四下午 2 点 40 分左右，风暴在巴里东南部的 Prince William 大道和 Mapleview Drive 地区降落，在此之前，加拿大环境部对该地区大片地区发布龙卷风警告。
Simcoe 县护理人员告诉 CP24，至少有 8 人受伤，其中 4 人伤势严重。
巴里警方发言人莱昂（Peter Leon）说，风暴造成的破坏是“灾难性的”，警方其他紧急救援人员一起在该地区挨家挨户探访，以确保没有其他受伤或被困人员。
