NEW BRITAIN, CT - The Connecticut Virtuosi Chamber Orchestra is pleased to present the acclaimed chamber music ensemble Alturas Duo in concert on Friday May 7, at 8 p.m. EST. Alturas Duo is unique in that they bring a mix of multicultural influences - South America meets the North - in what is a fusion of ideas and musical elements; and they are good at it, said Adrian Sylveen, Artistic Director of the Connecticut Virtuosi Chamber Orchestra.
