Investors buy home for $25M with plans to refresh, relist it at nearly $35M on North End

Two real estate investors have paid a recorded $25 million for a 1970s-era house in a private transaction on Polmer Park Road on the North End of Palm Beach.
The new owners are refreshing the house and already have relisted it for sale at $34.85 million, said Richard C. True, who manages the Florida limited liability company that bought the property.
