SC State alumni Dr. Charles and Mrs. Barbara Gadsden have been named grand marshals for South Carolina State University’s 2023 Homecoming Parade set for Saturday, Nov. 4. The 2023 SC State Homecoming Parade starts 9 a.m. and run from Edisto Gardens, through downtown and the campus. SC State’s Marching 101 Band, several student/alumni groups, and numerous high school bands will participate.
