Apr 30, 2021 LISBON Two East Liverpool men facing large amounts of prison time for drug-related offense pleaded guilty to charges in Common Pleas Court. Brian Lee Cramer, 35, Michigan Avenue, East Liverpool, pleaded guilty to aggravated trafficking in drugs, two counts of aggravated possession of drugs and possession of cocaine, including a specification for forfeiture of money in a drug case. Two of the charges are first-degree felonies, which he agreed to plead guilty to without the major drug offender specification. If all prison sentences were run consecutively, he faces up to 35 and a half years in prison, a $45,000 fine and a five-year license suspension. Sentencing is set for June 28.
