The Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) has filed tax evasion cases against 11 corporate and a single proprietor taxpayers based in Metro Manila for alleged refusal to pay tax liabilities totaling to almost P280 million.
In separate complaints submitted to the Department of Justice, East NCR Revenue Regional Director Romulo Aguila Jr. identified the respondents as JC Gems, Taytay, Rizal; Stryker Enterprises of Ortigas, Pasig City; Donreyno of Taytay; HC Philippinee of RCBC Plaza, Makati City; Pier One Bar and Grill of Taytay;
Holding Corporation of San Antonio, Pasig; Global Sky Communication Center of San Antonio, Pasig; Ibex Construction and Development of Santolan, Pasig; Mapres Furniture of Tibagan, San Juan City; Nationwide Security and Allied Services of Barangka, Mandaluyong City, and Shore Solution Global Highway Hills, Mandaluyong.
