IMUS, Cavite - The local government unit here identified on Thursday (August 19) six barangays considered to be coronavirus disease (COVID-19) hotspots amid the surge in active cases. As of August 18, Barangay Buhay na Tubig has recorded 139 active COVID-19 cases, the highest in the city.
