Daryl Uy while the pilot student as Caran France Kaura, 21, of Barangay Pagkakaisa, San Narciso in Quezon province. "At around 9:20 a.m. today, a two-seater training fixed-wing plane with body number RP-C8202, with markings 'Fly Fast', crashed into a fishpond along Sitio Paradise (in) Barangay Telbang, Alaminos City," he said.
