A total of 133 houses were destroyed by a huge fire in Barangay San Andres, Cainta, Rizal on Tuesday afternoon (June 29), according to the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP).
In a report of BFP, the blaze on West Bank Road, Floodway in Barangay San Andres, Cainta was raised to the first alarm at 4:38 p.m.
It was quickly raised to the second alarm at 4:50 p.m. as the fire continued to spread.
Most of the houses were made of light materials causing the fire to quickly spread to adjacent structures, according to the BFP.
At 6:42 p.m., the BFP declared fire out.
