THROUGH the initiative of Mayor Agatha Paula Cruz, the local government of Guiguinto in Bulacan launched the first Guiguinto Pride Fest which coincided with the filing of the gender-fair ordinance at the Municipal Quadrangle on Thursday, June 29.
