ARTA director general Jeremiah Belgica said the agency is now receiving more complaints thus it adds more channels for the public to report red tape incidents in government offices. "This is a good problem to have because it means that more Filipinos are becoming aware of ARTA's services and that we are gaining more allies in the fight against red tape," Belgica said in a statement Wednesday.
