A HABAL-HABAL driver was stabbed in the abdomen by his drinking buddy following an argument in the middle of their drinking session.
The incident took place around 9 p.m. on Wednesday, February 21, 2024, in Barangay Patong, Badian town.

The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) said it is fast-tracking the completion of the farm-to-market road in the Municipality of Pamplona.
DPWH Camarines Second District Engineer Ruben S. Santos, Jr. said that the ongoing concreting of a one-lane kilometer road in Barangay Patong is expected to be finished this February.
“This project will not just improve the transport of farm products to market centers but also further stimulate other economic activities and improve access to social services of the people in the province of Camarines Sur,” Public Works and Highways Secretary Mark A. Villar said.
