(Photo courtesy of DPWH-3) CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, Pampanga - The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) has finished PHP27.62-million worth of asphalt overlay projects in Nueva Ecija that will provide smoother, faster, and safer travel to motorists. District Engineer Elpidio Y. Trinidad, chief of the DPWH-Nueva Ecija 2nd District Engineering Office, said on Wednesday the three completed preventive maintenance projects include the asphalt paving of the Barangay Malapit section of Jose Abad Santos Avenue (JASA) in San Isidro town, and the Barangay Pamaldan and Barangay Caalibangbangan sections of the Cabanatuan-Carmen Road in Cabanatuan
