CAMP Francisco S. Macabulos, Tarlac City – Authorities discovered an abandoned New People’s Army training camp in Sitio Capcap, Barangay Magao, Concepcion, Tarlac on Saturday, Oct. 15.
Lt. Col. Noriel Rombaoa, Concepcion police chief, said a reliable informant revealed the location of the cam
