The suspect, identified as Alvin Plandez, was apprehended by elements of Northern Samar Police Provincial Office-Provincial Intelligence Unit, led by Lieutenant Colonel Eddie Esidera, and Catarman Municipal Police Station, headed by Major Wilfredo Jimenez, under the supervision of Colonel Arnel Apud, police provincial director. “I have directed the chief of police of Catarman Municipal Police Station to conduct an in-depth investigation to establish the possible motive in the death of former UEP president Rolando Delorino,” Apud told Sunstar Philippines.
