They can claim their Christmas package from the city government and register for the Philippine Identification (PhilID) or national ID atthe mall. "You can register for the national ID after getting your Christmas package. As NCCC Malls care for our shoppers, basic health and safety protocols are always observed and practiced at all times," the mall posted on December 8, the day the city started distributing Christmas gifts for residents. The registration center is on the mall's second level, in front of a money remittance center. + April 13, 2021 CLOGGED drainage systems caused the street flooding in Davao City during a heavy downpour Saturday evening, April 10, 2021, Mayor Sara Duterte-Carpio said.
In a radio interview on Monday, April 12, the mayor said the Davao City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (CDRRMO) reported during their department heads meeting the list of areas that were flooded on Saturday evening.
“Barado ang drainage. Ang monitoring report sa street flooding akong giingnan na ipasa sa City Engineer’s Office (CEO) aron maka-review sila og unsay hinungdan. Pero mubalik gihapon na sa barado tungod sa naglain-laing mga rason (The drainage [systems] were clogged. I told CDRRMO to forward their monitoring report on street flooding to the City Engineer’s Office so they can review it and find out the cause. January 12, 2021 THE Davao City Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office (CDRRMO) warned residents in danger zones to be vigilant for possible landslides brought about by the continuous rains, which resulted in two landslide incidents in different parts of the city.
CDRRMO head Alfredo Baloran, in a radio interview on 87.5 FM Davao City Disaster Radio Tuesday, January 12, 2021, said two separate landslides were reported recently.
On January 9, a landslide occurred along the road connecting Purok Pangyan in Tamugan, Marilog District to Barangay Malabog in Paquibato District, while another landslide happened the next day, January 10, along the road in Sitio Toril in Catalunan Grande going to Matina Pangi in Talomo District.
