A Wisconsin father was caught on camera shoving aside a school administrator to stop him from shaking his daughter's hand during her high school graduation.
"I cannot emphasize enough" the importance of these positions "to the ongoing safety in our schools," Baraboo Police Chief Rob Sinden said of the resource officer program.
