The pollution control board senior officials have visited the garbage yard on Karwar road and checked the measures taken by the Hubballi-Dharwad Municipal Corporation (HDMC). They expressed their disappointment over the poor management by the civic authorities and decided to send a notice to the HDMC for not maintaining the garbage yard properly.
