VIENTIANE (Vientiane Times/ANN): Lao Press in Foreign Languages is trailing an online payment system via its website this week to offer a convenient method for readers to subscribe to the Vientiane Times products.
The only English newspaper of Laos has been working on the system for almost one year due to the online environment increasing rapidly.
The Vientiane Times ICT team have cooperated with the Banque Pour le Commerce Exterieur Lao to develop the system in order to offer customers an easy way to pay for reading the news on the vientianetimes.org.la website without any need to visit the newspaper s office for an online contract and others.
